An Overdue Easter Day Celebration / Food Diary πŸ₯šπŸŒ·πŸ’πŸŽ€

This is from a while ago, but I thought I would share a sweet little Easter celebration recap in light of the beautiful spring weather and share some happy memories. 🌺🌼😊

It was fun dying eggs for the first time! I am surprised the egg decorating kits are so easy to use. They ended up looking amazing!

I also baked a fresh strawberry cake πŸ“ and a matcha panna cotta (sounds fancy but is easier to make than you would expect). I am not a baker by any means so just in case one dessert failed, I was hoping at least one would be edible. 😁 Good news is they turned out well and tasted yummy. I am hoping to make them again when the cravings hit.

Lunch was delicious with barbecue wings, mashed potatoes, and cucumber salad.

Lots of food, especially dessert.😍
